The following fee estimator is for 1-4 single family residences in Chelan, Douglas, King, Okanogan, Pierce, Snohomish, Spokane and Thurston counties only and with the short-term rate applied. For King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties, the short-term rate is applied to properties that have been insured by an owner’s policy in the past 10 years. For Chelan, Douglas, Thurston and Spokane Counties, the short-term rate is applied to properties that have been insured by a policy within the past 5 years. For the following types of transactions, please call us for a quote: sales price above $10 million, involves a VA loan, for two loan amounts, for standard loan policy coverage, builder rates, commercial rates, non short-term rates or for extended coverage on owner’s title policy.
