The above fees include all emailed document retrieval fees, courier fees, long distance phone charges, registered mail, standard express overnight delivery fees and wire fees that are associated with a purchase money loan or a refinance.

Simultaneous Second Mortgage Rates: $200

A reduced rate of 60% will be charged for the seller's portion of the regular schedule fee for customers who have 4 or more sales of lots in a single subdivision or condominium, or who is a builder of residential units built for resale - minimum $150

Central Washington Title Services, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the escrow fee to compensate for the amount of work involved and to include additional expenses necessary for closing including, but not limited to, outgoing wire fees, recording fees, reconveyance fees, document preparation fees, and express or registered mail charges that are not associated with a purchase money loan or a refinance.
